How To Set A Default Bank Account

You can easily add/change your payment details on any of our applications or on your web dashboard. Kindly navigate to 'Account Details'.

You can add, edit or delete your payment details from there.

Your password/pin will be required for any changes to be made.


Since you can add multiple bank accounts to your cardtonic profile, there's a need to select which account you want withdrawals to be sent to. 

To set this, on account details page, click on EDIT on the preferred bank acount, before the account details form, you will see a toggle option that says "SET AS DEFAULT ACCOUNT", mark it. 

Subsequent payments will be sent to this account. 

You can change default account at any time, and you can only have one default account.
